One of my favorite shows ever, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia produces some of the best new season poster art I've seen for a tv show that so perfectly captures the tone of the show, and also acts as a barometer for the popularity of, and changes made by season to the show. For example, season one's poster is - tbh - crap. But it was probably also cheap. Then when DeVito joins in season two - mainly as a way to keep the show on the air - the design goes off in a radically different direction that's much more eye catching and audience appropriate, while also putting DeVito pretty much front and center.
