It's full of beautiful designs of all kinds, but the book itself is also beautifully laid out, easy to read, and smells amazing (I love paper). And it comes with STICKERS! I greatly appreciate that it's written to be browsed and perused, you can drop in and out anywhere and there's interesting imagery, interesting stories, and generally cool, inspiring work. It's been used by me a few times already since Christmas to help remember I actually love what I do.
