The large red brick warehouse that contains our studio, and several other businesses, can sometimes look offensively run down, but it does have its charm, and at least it's not just another soul-destroying, bland 5 over 1 development. It frequently stinks, one of our smaller office rooms floods every time it rains, we had a rat problem when we first moved in, and I'm pretty sure it's haunted. The building has some mild graffiti on it every now and then. However, if you walk just a block or two in any direction from our studio, you can see some amazing examples of graffiti and street art that doesn't look like it was painted by a 12 year old boy.
